I travel alone, do I have to pay a surcharge?
No, if you travel alone, you don’t pay more than someone who travels and books with other people. However, if you want to book a twin cabin all for yourself, you will pay a surcharge. Please contact us for this.
How much luggage can I take?
The space for luggage in your cabin is limited but certainly adequate. It is very important to know that you cannot take a hard suitcase with you. So please put your luggage in a backpack or travel bag that you can fold. You will be grateful for this advice.
Is it possible to embark earlier on the day of my arrival?
On the day of your arrival, the crew is busy with the supplies and preparing the ship for the next expedition. Therefore, embarking earlier in the day is not possible. From 4 pm we are at your disposal and are looking forward to welcome you a board with a drink.
Can I travel with an identity card or do I need a passport?
For EU citizens: an identity card is sufficient for destinations within Europe. You need a passport outside of Europe.
How do I travel to the place of departure?
Our trips always start in a place with a good airport or railway connection. You book your own flight or train tickets, so that you can arrive a few days earlier or stay longer afterwards, if you wish (we recommend you to do so). I travel alone, can I book a single-cabin?
There are four twin cabins on board. If you wish to book a twin cabin for yourself, we have to charge a surcharge. Please contact us for this, by telephone or e-mail.
I’m not very sporty. Can I sail with you?
Yes, you don’t have to be sporty to participate in our expeditions. We do expect you to help with sailing. And that you are in good health, can embark and disembark without assistance, and have a normal condition. Are you in doubt? Call us to consult.
